If you made an online purchase, you have two options to manage your return or exchange:

1. Return via the Reveni portal:
   You can start the process directly through Reveni’s returns portal, where you can submit your request quickly and easily.

2. Return in store:
   You can also begin the process through Reveni and select the “Return in store” option to complete your return at the nearest physical store.

If your purchase was made in a physical store, the return must be completed in store and in the same country where the purchase was made.
