You can request a return from our returns and exchanges portal managed by Reveni. All you have to do is enter the order number and the email address used to make the purchase and follow the instructions provided.

Returns can be requested from anywhere in the world. Once requested, the total amount of the product will be refunded to the indicated method minus the costs of sending the product back to the warehouse. The different shipping methods available are indicated on this page a little further down, and are the responsibility of the customer.

The time it takes for the total amount of the product to arrive will depend on the refund method selected:

• Non-instant refund: can take up to 15 days - Your order has to arrive at our warehouse and we have to check it manually.
• Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 10 seconds.
• Instant refund to original payment method: depending on the method it can take between 1 and 3 days.
• Instant Flabelus credit refund: takes 1 second.

Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error, we will take care of the cost of the return from the brand. To do this, you must contact [email protected], putting your name and order number in the concept explaining what happened, and we will take care of it.
