A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order via our courier companies. We offer estimated delivery times, Flabelus is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Once Flabelus has received confirmation of payment will proceed to the delivery of products within the following hours, according to our business hours: Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 18:30 hours. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. All orders will be processed before 12:30 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. If you have an emergency you can contact us directly by email at [email protected] and we will try to solve it.

It is very important that you bear in mind the following:

  • Courier agencies usually make 2 delivery attempts. In the case of a failed delivery, you will receive an email where you can either change the day of delivery or request that the order is deposited at a collection point.
  • Orders usually remain at the collection point for a maximum of one week, so we recommend that you collect your order as soon as possible.

In the rare event that a package cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information or inability to contact the recipient, we are required to charge a fee for the return of the shipment to our warehouse. This fee covers the costs associated with the failed delivery attempt, as well as the logistical costs incurred in the return process.

  • Europe - 35€.
  • Rest of the world - 70€.
